Project Sales (New Launch)

Focus on primary market, new launches by developer. You will be required to source and meet potential customers, set up viewing appointments and introduce developer's project, explain key selling points and do follow up with customers. Commission based.

Real Estate Negotiator (Subsales)

Focus on secondary market, subsales and rental. You are responsible in helping owner(s) of the property to look for potential buyers/tenants as well as assisting the property buyers/tenants to look for the potential sellers/owners. You are require to source and meet your own potential customers, set up viewing appointments, explain key selling points and do follow up with customers until handover of keys and post handover followups if needed. Commission based.
